GTM strategy may have been beneficial for management and executives but burned AEs. Compensation structure, territory mapping, and aggressive in-house sales culture burned employees out. There was constant feedback for employees but little empowerment or lead flow. Of my team of nine, only one person remained after I left, so attrition was a huge issue. And they catered to employees who had been with the company since the beginning, giving them the share of accounts and inbound opps. It was not the wrong place to start for someone looking to break into tech sales, but the sales cycle and culture felt a bit immature for where I was in my career. Browse Other Reviews
