Qualia is a great company but don’t expect to hit quota, virtually unattainable. Leadership is transparent with the health of the company. The product is second to none in this niche industry. I felt the sales floor was a little too saturated, they probably don’t need as many reps as they have

Qualia is a great company. The quota is completely unattainable but makes up for it with a high base. It's by far the best product in this niche industry and retention of current customers is strong. Small TAM. Leadership is good and the CEO/Engineers are very smart. Overall, a good place to work but very niche. Qualia does not operate like your typically software...Read More

Simply put not a great place to be an Enterprise Salesperson. Product not aligned to the needs of larger customers. Bad reputation in the market. Leadership is inflexible and does not care enough about individual deals regardless of their size. Strong misalignment between departments. Layoffs have led to a burnt out workforce.
