Great people here. They need more structured training. Pay is good. Silo’ed and seem to be cutting in areas that support their customer base.

There is a huge delay in commission based on when the customer pays. Sometimes a customer can’t start the project until 6-12 months after, which means you don’t get paid until 6-18 months after.

The organization is making rapid changes and improvements; however, they don't have the people to support the changes. The people with experience are getting burnt out and there is not job security since the Thoma Bravo acquisition.
