There is a huge delay in commission based on when the customer pays. Sometimes a customer can’t start the project until 6-12 months after, which means you don’t get paid until 6-18 months after.

Its ok, they are trying to innovate their products and the leadership is good. Inbound leads are very dependent on territory and can be terrible or ok.
