Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The pay for this role is lower than many similar roles. Other than that I have mostly only positive things to say. BDR Managers are actively prepping their BDRs for AE roles and helping make them aware when those roles open. No micromanagement on my team, but the help is always there when you need it. There seems to be a good amount of flexibility when you are getting done what you need to. The product is a leader in the market and very reputable.
