I have been at Proofpoint almost 6 years. After being acquired by Toma Bravo a couple years ago, things have started to go down hill. We used to have a great culture and took care of our customers. Culture is gone and its a money first approach now.

High turnover rates throughout the org while I was working there, all the way up to the CEO. The ever changing leadership made it hard to follow any specific strategy, and I often felt there was drastic miscommunication on all levels of hierarchy as a result. Proofpoint makes a fantastic product that is truly an easy sell, as long as you can promote value vs cost. It is more expensive than nearly all of its competitors, but there are reasons for that. If you can sell customers on the value of their investment, then the product speaks for itself.
