Back to ReviewsFormer Employee High turnover rates throughout the org while I was working there, all the way up to the CEO. The ever changing leadership made it hard to follow any specific strategy, and I often felt there was drastic miscommunication on all levels of hierarchy as a result. Strict about their quota, as if you go two quarters without attainment, you are let go. Sales are by territory, and mine shifted multiple times each year. We were supposed to cover a team of about seven Account Managers, but by the time I left I was managing 20 + Account Managers. By the end of my experience there I very much felt like just another number, and replaceable in the company's eyes. Browse Other Reviews
