Inbounds depend on segment. In specialty contractor it’s extremely low. Maybe one every 5 weeks. Only two reps in mid market hit their number out of 20 for 2023 in this segment.

PCOR has gone downhill. Reps are struggling to hit numbers, have no path forward or career plan, overhiring, and have apathetic leadership. The old guard is gone at PCOR and they are ushering in a new era of mediocrity and over-management.
