My overall experience was rather positive, you definitely have to get gritty and work overtime to hit consistently. Currently working through a period of change as a company, but during my time the other side of the changes have always been positive.

My overall experience has been positive to begin with. As of late the company is going through a myriad of change in a short period of time. Change is constant, and also not always necessary.
