Procore was great, but politicking in other markets got in the way of its success. Some of the leaders are great, others have only known Procore and can't adapt to other ways of doing things.

company is amazing and lives up to the hype. quotas are super attainable, product market fit is really strong. they dont pay the best when compared to startups, but they make up for it because reps here actually hit their OTE.

Inbounds depend on segment. In specialty contractor it’s extremely low. Maybe one every 5 weeks. Only two reps in mid market hit their number out of 20 for 2023 in this segment.
