Great company however very US centric and thinks what works in the US will work globally. Measures against mature market metrics which then breeds a culture of yesmen and the people actually during the work to open the market hence suffers

Inbounds depend on segment. In specialty contractor it’s extremely low. Maybe one every 5 weeks. Only two reps in mid market hit their number out of 20 for 2023 in this segment.

My overall experience was rather positive, you definitely have to get gritty and work overtime to hit consistently. Currently working through a period of change as a company, but during my time the other side of the changes have always been positive.
