Leadership is a joke. Good ol’ boy network from their early to mid 2000 acquisitions. They go through layoffs left and right and then go and hire the direct same positions. No severance and HR are their personal throat cutters and backstabbers.

A collection of independently operated franchises due to acquisitions and tribal structure. Cagnazzi may be a channel hero/veteran but Presidio has no feeling of a single company rather 7-8 separate companies.
