-they hold a spectacular angle on the market share within the industry.
-they are training and enablement is lacking to say the least. They are almost encouraging turnover, and just observing who can swim and who can sync without proper coaching.
-the "used car salesmen" mentality is rampant throughout every vertical and sales organization throughout the company. Simply look at their recent retention rates...
-they're competitive market, including Birdeye (who in my opinion is a better product) is really taking strides on becoming a more appealing product. Browse Other Reviews
