They have no idea what they are doing.. Does not feel like they care about their employees at all. Constant, and seemingly unthoughtful change with no direction or reason whatsoever. It feels like leadership has lost touch with the employees and the market. Turnover is SO HIGH. People are coming and going constantly. This place used to be an absolute dream. But it is not that anymore. Classic turn and burn.

Chaotic, directions and objectives would drastically change month to month. Stay away. No diversity or transparency.
