I would recommend steering clear of this place if possible. While they do offer a decent base salary, their tendency to make abrupt changes is concerning. For example, the entire field team was eliminated without any prior warning or performance improvement plans for its members. Be cautious, as your job could be at risk with little to no notice.

My overall experience at Podium has been a 6/10. Senior Leadership needs a change. And they should allow us to prospect new leads.

CEO is self absorbed. I was a top producing rep, love most of the team members. The product is great and customers seem to love it. Pay structure is great.
