Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Plume is an organization that builds you up and constantly lets you down. Goals are unattainable, leadership across the c-level is nonexistent. If bullying employees is a form of leadership, they certainly know how to do that. The product is actually solid, and respected across the industry, but when your pricing doesn't align with the rest of the market and its competition, it becomes irrelevant when you can't sell a product that is 3-4x the price, and requires a commitment of selling your life away when your biggest competition is offering it at pennies on the dollar and without a large commitment. If you speak up to the C-leve or point out something they are doing wrong, you might as well write your resignation letter. One rep in the entire organization hit goal in 2022. No one is pacing to hit goal in 2023. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment of working here.
