The overall experience at Plume is underwhelming. Base salary changes regularly, an inflated target market, and poor leadership that all make the job insufferable. The OTE is unrealistic and one person in the company has hit 100% to goal in over 2 years. Constant micromanagement and poor structure make this job one of the worst sales positions in the market. Add a dictator for a CEO and you have a recipe for disaster. The only thing saving this company is the product. It is best in class, but you’d be foolish to put yourself through the pain this organization puts people through

Plume is an organization that builds you up and constantly lets you down. Goals are unattainable, leadership across the c-level is nonexistent. Doubtless the most unprofessional, poorly run organization I've ever worked for. The fault lies squarely at the feet of the CEO who never allowed the CRO to fully take the wheel in directing the sales team.
