not great. no alignment for a connected work company. Everyone operates on their own island with their own goals in mind. RVP's are the opposite of help for driving deals and no middle management

I loved my experience at Planview. I felt supported by leadership and by my peers. Sometimes the shift in vision was confusing and there was lack of communication at times, but otherwise a great professional experience.

I was at Planview 10+ years. My manager was probably the best I had throughout my sales career. He provided good company visibility and I visa-versa. He ensured I had the support needed to pursue qualified opportunities, the company stood behind. Over time, I established my own relationships and support, through success.
