Fantastic company and brand. The US and Europe are two very different businesses though, despite Plaid's best efforts. The culture, incentives and overall opportunity is much greater in the US.

As a sales person, if once a quarter you get lucky with a sick inbound deal that has high volume usage, you'll make a ton of money. If not, you're stuck hopelessly out-bounding to sub-par accounts that won't get you to your number.
