Good organization with strong products, leadership cares about the employees and offers a very attractive compensation package if you exceed quota.

Good product but it was hard to sell - required companies to have a strong level of organizational maturity and cross-functional alignment. Leadership is engineering / product focused - thought if they just built a great product people would use it, totally discount softer skills like building consensus across the business, telling a great story.
