PMF is a distant joke. Leadership recently changed for the better. Problem is product. They’re merging 2 products together that shouldn’t be merged.

As an overall experience, it was not a pleasant one. There were certainly favorites on the team and the team grew too quickly with no leads coming in and no unified product. We were destined to fail.

You're convincing families to enroll in an online K12 public school. The product is free; the students have good outcomes; sometimes they get a laptop. There's absolutely no cold calling and all leads are warm. That's why the base pay is low and the culture is great/low-pressure.
