The good: -Culture as an organization is good. Leadership down is still pretty decent. Rep to rep, not so much. -Tech stack & sales tools are good -a lot of transparency from top down The bad: -Vulture Culture at the rep level -Sales policies are not clear -Lead generation/inbound leads are segmented awkwardly. Lots of cold calling required which is not disclosed in the interview process

Direct leadership has gotten stronger, however I feel upper-level executives need to build a better culture and relationship with their reps. The culture needs a facelift. However, there have been strides of improvement lately.
