-Culture as an organization is good. Leadership down is still pretty decent. Rep to rep, not so much.
-Tech stack & sales tools are good
-a lot of transparency from top down
The bad:
-Vulture Culture at the rep level
-Sales policies are not clear
-Lead generation/inbound leads are segmented awkwardly. Lots of cold calling required which is not disclosed in the interview process
