I have noticed a pretty drastic turn in culture from my time here in a negative way. Everyone is now a spreadsheet number and our deals seem to take longer than anticipated to close. Territories continue to get smaller.

Overall, my experience at Paylocity has been positive. Over my time here, I have managed to finish as a top 6% year over year. Paylocity treats its top-performers well, but the base compensation is not competitive with others in the market.

It’s a great role if you can get in and establish referring partners which will make your job easier. If not, quota is unattainable
