The product is good but the sales org is slow to keep up with the latest tools and technology to make you successful. Lots of handcuffs and “smile and dial”.

Overall, my experience at Paylocity has been positive. Over my time here, I have managed to finish as a top 6% year over year. Paylocity treats its top-performers well, but the base compensation is not competitive with others in the market.

My overall experience is good. Finished as a top 10 rep in first full fiscal with the company ended up making about 180k plus 20k RSU’s that’s vest quarterly

Great in many ways, sometimes the role became overcomplicated. Expected to perform certain tasks (like e-mailing) without any enablement tools.
