My overall experience is good. Finished as a top 10 rep in first full fiscal with the company ended up making about 180k plus 20k RSU’s that’s vest quarterly

The good: -Culture as an organization is good. Leadership down is still pretty decent. Rep to rep, not so much. -Tech stack & sales tools are good -a lot of transparency from top down The bad: -Vulture Culture at the rep level -Sales policies are not clear -Lead generation/inbound leads are segmented awkwardly. It’s a great role if you can get in and establish referring partners which will make your job easier. If not, quota is unattainable

Payroll is such a competitive market. There is 2 - 3 sales reps at each company going after the same prospects. It has been difficult finding new opportunities.
