How is quota attainment in Enterprise vs Majors/Midmarket?

I’m not sure about Enterprise but on my team in mid market, only 2 out of 8 reps are at quota.

I am in majors. We are completely over-hired. On my team, 2 reps are at quota- one who has been here for 8 years and has cherry picked all the best opportunity in the state, and the other being fed all the inbounds by our manager. The other team in our state has 0 of 8 reps at plan. Actively looking for a different role

I’m a mid market rep, and like many others have stated, territories are over-saturated. Reps who have been here a while are chasing huge quotas with a fraction of the opportunity. Mid market reps basically work the 100-500 space, with 80% of the opportunities coming from the 100-250 space.

Quotas in majors are realistic. However, any tenured rep will tell you it takes about three years to get to a place where you’re consistently crushing it… depending on the territory and prior reps who were working it… it can be an uphill battle if there was a lot of churn of reps

Quota attainment in Majors is decent but quota’s are low compared to industry standards. A decent amount of people are hitting quota but not making very much money. CEO said at SKO that we over hired in enterprise, and enterprise reps have trouble closing deals due to product misses. Majors OTE at quota is 135k.

Quotas are lower compared to other HCM companies.. but this year has been rough.. on my team, 3 out of 9 are at plan... the company definitely overhired reps the past 2 years leading to smaller territories, and cutthroat fighting with other reps for revenue, crossover disputes, etc.
