I work for a sales leader that has provided autonomy to sellers while achieving results. From other reviews I read, it appears to come down to what team you’re on. Paycor is an excellent product, and wins on capability versus the competition. The job is a grind, but you can thrive in the middle to upper middle market with some self-gen pipeline / COI referred opportunity.

Payor offers a poor sales opportunity, for anyone who wants to make real money. I would highly recommend against it. They do not set you up to succeed, whatsoever.

Extremely poor leadership. Huge lack of accountability. Multiple people I know personally have been blocked from internal promotion simply because the Area VP wanted to keep good sellers in their territory. You are never free from no starts after you sell a deal and will some way or somehow find a major chunk of your commission clawed back due to no fault of your...Read More
