You are a BDR for your RSD - they join every single zoom call you have and you do a lot of outbound to dig up opportunities. If you win an opportunity there is a very high chance you will have to continue to work to keep it because implementing and support typically loses them.

Extreme focus on top of funnel activities, highly competitive market. They push really hard on the stock, comparing their stock price to other HCM/payroll companies and implying where the price will go based on how many years ADP or Paylocity were from their IPO.
