Extreme focus on top of funnel activities, highly competitive market. They push really hard on the stock, comparing their stock price to other HCM/payroll companies and implying where the price will go based on how many years ADP or Paylocity were from their IPO. This has been very concerning to me. Just give me money. There is an entire stock market and economy that influenced those stock trends, so it is highly irresponsible to make those implications. If you are not able to drinklthe Kool Aid, this is a VERY tough job day to day.

10/10 would not reccomend. There is no culture. You go into a Regus for every "Power Tuesday" (Aka the day in which every other HCM vendor cold calls 100 times). Zero creativity. Leadership is not present. New ideas not wanted.

Paycor is a good company to work at but payroll/HCM sales is a grind. There’s a ton of pressure to succeed early on but if you’re able to establish referral relationships, you’ll be in a good position to succeed!
