Paycor has a great product and a great market fit. Leadership is always under pressure and reps are threatened by PiPs pretty frequently. Enablement and training are top notch.

Overall Paycor is a leafleting vendor for their technology but they still operate in a very saturated market. Leadership still hasn’t figured out the kinks.

Extremely poor leadership. Huge lack of accountability. Multiple people I know personally have been blocked from internal promotion simply because the Area VP wanted to keep good sellers in their territory.
