My experience wasn't the best. The AE job that I was hired for ended up being field based (which it wasn't billed to be), then I had some... Personnel issues with my manager which made it very hard to do my job.

Paycor is a good company to work at but payroll/HCM sales is a grind. There’s a ton of pressure to succeed early on but if you’re able to establish referral relationships, you’ll be in a good position to succeed!

A good sales gig to get your feet wet, but the company shouldn't be one you stay at. There is high turnover for a reason and the product does not stand out in the marketplace. Marketing is god-awful - don't expect solid leads as the marketing team has to push out garbage to justify their budget. Payor offers a poor sales opportunity, for anyone who wants to make real money. I would highly recommend against it. They do not set you up to succeed, whatsoever.
