Paycor is a good company to work at but payroll/HCM sales is a grind. There’s a ton of pressure to succeed early on but if you’re able to establish referral relationships, you’ll be in a good position to succeed!

Left a lot to be desired.. base/incentive structure was excellent, but was not given a remotely fair quota & felt behind the 8 ball every single day

Clown show, messaging from upper management is not consistent with in market leadership. Focus changes with the wind and no rhyme or reason provided around why random decisions are made.
