This role is a great opportunity to build a lot of personal wealth in the long run. If you can deal well with the pressure of bringing in a new deal every single month and can avoid the PIPs or Manager's bad side then you have great options to make between 130-200k by year two. In addition, the RSUs ESPP 401k and health benefits are great. In this role, MMSEs have to wear many hats: Field marketing, SDR, AE, AM, and sometimes CSM all rolled into one. Company continues to hit growth goals and winning is the expectation. If you enjoy high pressure selling in a competitive industry, this is a great job for you.
