10/10 would not reccomend. There is no culture. You go into a Regus for every "Power Tuesday" (Aka the day in which every other HCM vendor cold calls 100 times). Zero creativity. Leadership is not present. New ideas not wanted.

No inbound leads. Expected to work outside of work hours. A lot of resources provided for sales, but a lot of hustle and work expected as well. Expected to own sales cycle from sourcing the deal to running sales and demo through to ensuring implementation happens smoothly.

Extremely poor leadership. Huge lack of accountability. Multiple people I know personally have been blocked from internal promotion simply because the Area VP wanted to keep good sellers in their territory.
