Overall Paycor has a great software, but the Major Market role has a lot of turnover. Coming from a competitor, your are equip with more tools, but also asked to do a lot. Leadership micromanagement is at a really high level. And some policies do not tailor to new hire success.

My experience wasn't the best. The AE job that I was hired for ended up being field based (which it wasn't billed to be), then I had some... Personnel issues with my manager which made it very hard to do my job.

Great company, market fit is there definitely better than what’s out there. Leadership can be challenging but overall great experience.
