My overall experience was good. Definitely the hardest jon I’ve ever taken in my life. Mentally and emotionally draining but I feel like I’ve developed my skills a ton and am proud of the work I put in.

It is a heavy lift off of your shoulders after finally leaving this company. While there is a lot of opportunity, the results do not match the work expected, demanded, and put in. While Paycom promotes innovation in its product, there is A LOT of improvement needing to be made internally and due to this lag, that is why the company is failing.
