Current Employee2.4Apr 4, 2024Extreme micro management culture. Earning potential is good but this role is pulled in too many different directions to have alignment quarter over quarter. Most competitors are remote/hybrid where Paycom has chosen to only honor in person meetings towards metrics and mandatory office days on Monday and Friday.
