Former Employee2.7May 28, 2024My experience at Paycom was horrible. I have been a presidents club winner everywhere I've been before, and after. I feel like they must be hiring people to boost this score. They bait and switch people with absurd OTES (like 400k), but only one rep will hit. The culture is super aggressive. Don't work here.
