Avoid this company at all costs Its 100% territory based and most of the territory is god awful If you have a bad territory you wont last a year Dont get fooled by the base salary - the turnover is extremely high I saw my entire office turnover in less than a year No training or development but doesnt matter if you are trained or not no one wants to switch payroll especially if you are selling in blue collared areas

Great pay but difficult market to sell. Managers not often qualified as they are all promoted by which rep sells the most, not all have leadership qualities. Product is great, truly believe it's the best in the market.
