Current Employee3.7Nov 23, 2024My overall experience at Paycom has been great. I’m comped very handsomely and am very proud of how well I’ve done in my first full year of sales. To date I’m 110% to plan, having sold 7 units in my first year here.

Current Employee3.0Jun 27, 2024High KPI metrics, not much hands on development. Lots of cold calling, and cold leads with a very poor in-house CRM system. Great base and potential to make a lot of money if you’re able to close business. Large competitors like ADP tend to win over due to name recognition and ability to price lower. Often one of the most expensive in the evaluation.

Current Employee4.1Aug 14, 2024Paycom has one of the strongest training programs I have seen. They give you 5 weeks of training to understand the product, sales cycle, and positioning. Setting you up for success in this outbound role.
