Can make an insane out of money and change your life. But it’s a cult culture. Out of college first two years made over 200k plus. Sink or swim not many make it but if you are smart you will or if you get lucky that your manager hands you deals

Great base salary but you do way more of the selling than a sales manager typically does, you’re reps are basically just bdrs sometimes, and the commission for managers doesn’t really kick in fairly compared to what you can reasonably sell

It was alright - I think base comp could’ve been better and help from leadership from a training perspective
