Former Employee2.4Oct 27, 2023Bad leadership, cuthroat environment, territory makes all the difference, be prepared to not have a life, develop massive anxiety/panic attacks around job security, and be ready to be micromanaged like crazy. Most sales leaders were terrible reps that just stayed around long enough to get deals from others that quit and have no real business in leadership.

Tough client list, onsite only meeting requirements, 8 meeting requirement per week equals a lot of wasted time on the road when some meetings could be accomplished via zoom. I prefer in person for most meetings, but some are just a waste of travel time when you cover...Read More
