CRM is a mess, which makes outbound prospecting hard. Have to essentially cross reference LinkedIn to CRM to build your territory. It’s tough to profile considering we don’t get ZoomInfo, or any other prospecting tools. Rarely get legitimate leads from inbound. Every manager has a much different style, mine, isn’t really managing.

Usually Unattainable goals for DSM. When it’s good, it’s good. But not often enough. Constant hiring/retraining. Worst job at Paychex.
