Currently working for one of the new Inside Sales Hubs. The learning curve has been real as they built it out from nothing but there is a ton of potential. Paychex targets the SMB market, so their “Mid-Market” is 10-49 employees and Enterprise is 50+. Comp could be better but the new plan is easy to understand and has a ton of potential.

Opportunity to make good money, cohort is informative but outdated. Good monthly content to drop. Product can be effective, but has serious deliverability concerns due to notoriously poor service support, especially depending on the region. Leadership seems completely reliant on churn-and-burn with little to no concern for reps mental health. Pressure is abundant...Read More
