The base salary is extremely low. I have been in this industry for a long time. Lowest base I have had since entry level sales. Commission is residual however you don’t get commission on the entire deal. Only admin.

Great product. Give you the keys to the car to make good money. Leadership hasn’t sold in a long time and it shows. Large lack of transparency in quotas, decisions, and changing commission structures

Overall, a great company to work for. Base comp is definitely on the lower end, but the incentive structure is well done. Leadership is strong, amazing training program and culture. Occasional complaints about service that make sales reps look bad. Most of the org is highly professional and very friendly.
