Compensation structure is insanity. Some reps who have been with the company for years (very few) still don't know how they are getting paid. Every time someone asks leadership the comp Calc and what you are paid can be off by thousands.
Stay clear of business consultant/channel sales. It is horrible. I've had 3 sales managers in less than a year.
Insane monthly quotas where only 30% of team hits quota 9/12 months per year. The few who do hit quota have "special" privileges and are no longer "channel sales".
Company has very unrealistic expectations of field reps. You are expected to be in field 4 days out of the week going door to door while also getting yelled at about not having an account run because ops team dropped the ball and didn't call your account to get it live. By the way >70% businesses leave within the first 2 months and you will get clawbacks. Even if it's because ops didn't call the company for their payroll. Browse Other Reviews
