My overall experience was a good one. The training was outstanding and I felt like I was prepared once I hit the phones. Unfortunately the opportunities weren't equal and the base compensation and overall compensation was lacking.

My experience at Pax8 was interesting. The company uses weird titles and pays very low even when you are moved to a new role. The pay was not enough to cover bills.
