They are trying to make things better for sales but it’s hard to see when quotas keep going up and there isn’t transparency around number or reporting.

Sales reps struggle to meet unrealistic quotas set by the rev operations team, based on often undisclosed or inaccurate data. Despite the heightened workload, compensation hasn't kept up, with potential earnings dropping and we are already paid under market. Pay is so bad. almost 90% of each sales department did not have a single person hit 100% all year.

The vision of this company is phenomenal. The culture is refreshing. No company is perfect but Pax8 is darn close to it.
