Opportunity for advancement exists but seemingly harder to achieve every quarter. Quota and payment structure is questionable. Training and individual growth are a focus though. Trust leadership and the company direction. Culture and majority of people are great. Good branding in the industry. Outside of the money, which I've seen plenty worse, I would recommend.

Good people and good product, base and OTE very low. Clear promotion track but small raises each time

My overall experience was a good one. The training was outstanding and I felt like I was prepared once I hit the phones. Unfortunately the opportunities weren't equal and the base compensation and overall compensation was lacking.
