People are great, but the culture went downhill when Sinch bought us. Many people who made it great left and when new people stepped up, you could feel that it turned into a place where everyone was looking over their shoulder if they’d be fired or not even after a good month of quota.

It’s seldom that anyone in the sales org meets quota and as a result the team has become extremely micromanaged since becoming a part of Sinch. Even if you meet all KPIs or are a top performer, you can still be laid off for 'performance' due to nepotism or unconscious bias.
