Leadership not good at the moment. Inbound leads are good. Not well organized at all for outbound. Little help from others so you have to be good at being independent

People are great, but the culture went downhill when Sinch bought us. Many people who made it great left and when new people stepped up, you could feel that it turned into a place where everyone was looking over their shoulder if they’d be fired or not even after a good month of quota.

It’s seldom that anyone in the sales org meets quota and as a result the team has become extremely micromanaged since becoming a part of Sinch. Even if you meet all KPIs or are a top performer, you can still be laid off for 'performance' due to nepotism or unconscious bias. There's been a lot of change over the last year which has put quite a bit in flux. Inbound lead flow dried as expected and it's a difficult product to outbound given the general nature of agreements between companies and their email providers. Treated well. Flexibility is great. Base comp is low-ish when compared across the industry.
